When you use the “Tell us what isn't working” form, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, organization, and the description you write. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors from automated spam. Turnstile may process technical information from your browser for that purpose. This site may also use analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use it.

How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry and to discuss whether an assessment makes sense for your organization. We do not share your information with outside organizations except service providers needed to run this website, such as our email delivery and hosting providers.
